How they treat the Dead Elephant in Zimbabwe

We know that every place has their own culture and custom like in the previous post in crazy world about the woman with lip plates in the mursi tribes and also the woman with long neck in birma. that's a great example of the culture diversity. now how about the odd custom in zimbabwe??

Well this might be really disgusting about how they treat a dead elephant in zimbabwe?? some people in Zimbabwe eat a dead elephant body!! look at the picture on the left.

It was really shocked how they eat the dead elephant?? it's as disgusting as the most bizarre asian food which is posted before.

OK here is the complete picture of how the Zimbabwe people treat a dead elephant.

I don't understand your indignation... They ARE hungry. The elephant IS food. And it doesn't matter if it has been dead for 1 hour or 1 day. I can assure you it is still fresh enough to be eaten safely. I suppose you think meat comes from a shop shelf.

you must be a sensitive person if you're so shocked by these pictures. the animal died, they ate it, and that's all.
what do you think about eating any other meat? do you know how a cow is slaughtered and cut into pieces? or how many chickens have to be killed every year, and then thrown away, because nobody ate them?

I don't think this is a custom of people from Zimbabwe. They made use of a dead elephant. I think it is better than leaving it to rot.
isn't it?

its not a custom of zimbabweans but this event occured at a very difficult stage of the zimbabwean economy and these people fro the villages were the most hard hit by the economic meltdown so why would they pass a free meal
